Delivery Services

We offer convenient delivery services for an additional fee. The cost of delivery is determined by the size, weight, and destination of your item. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Shipping Cost: The delivery fee will be calculated based on the dimensions, weight, and delivery distance of your item.

  • Delivery Time: We strive to deliver your items as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon purchase.

  • Handling and Care: Our team takes great care in packaging and transporting your items to ensure they arrive in pristine condition

Pickup Option

​

For those who prefer to collect their items in person, we offer a convenient pickup option at no additional charge. Here are the details:

  • Pickup Location: You can collect your items from our workshop at 1200 Foster Street NW Suite 210, Atlanta, GA 30318.

  • Pickup Hours: Our pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 6 PM. Please contact us to schedule a pickup time that works for you.

  • Assistance: Our team will be happy to assist you in loading your items into your vehicle to ensure they are transported safely.

Additional Information

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for shipment or pickup.

  • Tracking Your Order: If you choose delivery, you will receive a tracking number once your item has been shipped. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

  • Special Arrangements: If you have any specific delivery instructions or require special arrangements, please let us know at the time of your order. We are happy to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Atlantic Fine Woods, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Standard Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted on standard items within 30 days of receipt.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged. Please ensure items are properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Custom Orders
 

  • No Returns: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns on any custom-made items. This includes any modifications, special finishes, or bespoke designs specifically crafted to your specifications.

  • Quality Assurance: We strive to ensure that all custom orders meet your exact requirements. If there is an issue with the craftsmanship or quality of your custom item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


Warranty and Inspection

 

  • Warranty: Atlantic Fine Woods warrants that the furniture will be free from defects, in good working order, and fit for the purpose for which that type of furniture is commonly supplied. However, Atlantic Fine Woods does not provide any warranty with respect to the suitability of the furniture for a buyer’s individual purposes.

  • Inspection: It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the furniture upon delivery/pick-up to ensure that the furniture is free from defects and in good working order. Acceptance of delivery/pick-up of the furniture will be taken as confirmation that the furniture is in acceptable condition. Any issues or concerns with the furniture must be expressed prior to accepting the furniture.

  • Natural Variations: Given the nature of using natural/organic timber in furniture applications, variations in color, grain, and texture are inherent in many species of wood and are not considered defects. Irregularities such as dark patches, mineral streaks, small worm holes, or tight knots are considered enhancements to the character of the wood and overall product. Seasonal shrinking and swelling of solid wood, which may produce surface checking or hairline cracks, are also not considered flaws.


Additional Information

 

  • Damaged Items: We take great care in packaging our items to ensure they arrive safely. If the packaging shows significant damage upon delivery, please do not accept the shipment. Contact us immediately to report the damage. If you discover damage after accepting the shipment, please retain all original packaging and take photos of the damage for our records. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or repair if necessary.

  • Consent for Returns: No piece may be returned without the seller’s written consent.
